Eric was very prompt in the initial visit and troubleshooting as well as securing a replacement evaporator coil and cabinet. The unit developed a leak and required replacement. Additionally, he had to work through the prior homeowners repair or upgrade that resulted in an evaporator cabinet that was bigger than the ducting from the furnace and plenum. The replacement cabinet he installed was the proper tonnage but in the correct cabinet size to clean up the installation.
