Eric's work was excellent. He showed up promptly. We discussd the issue I had. I fully understood what the diagnosis was. He was able to replace a needed part and I'm back up and ruinning. (This element of providing feedback is buggy. Hey, Thumbtack...you've got some bugs in this app. I had to correct and retype this several times to submit it). Eric was great!
