- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically price by the linear foot but you are given a free quote beforehand and as long as the scope of work remains the same the total cost to you is what we quoted. We require a 50% deposit to schedule and order materials and the final 50% is due on completion of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically they submit a contact form through our website or call us. From there we schedule a free on site quote. The quote is emailed and text messaged through our software the same day. Once the quote is approved and the deposit is paid we schedule the installation! Once the installation is complete the customer makes final payment and thats it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've only been employed in the construction industry (2nd generation) since I was in high school. After high school I got a 4 year degree at Liberty University. Since 2013 I've built this fence business, starting in Raleigh, NC and now I'm working on our 2nd location in SW FL. I am a North Carolina licensed general contractor as well as a certified building contractor in Florida.
