We offer discounts to veterans and run seasonal specials throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for new customers to listen to their needs and serve them with excellent service. We request contact information so we may ensure communication as well as follow up if the need arises. That information allows us to serve them more expediently when a technician arrives to the residence or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed company. Yearly training is required to maintain the licensure. Technology is always changing so training is required frequently to keep up with the latest trends. Safety training is also an important part of our program. We are always looking to grow in our knowledge and exceed our current capability.
