Time and materials Rates: $120 minimum service charge $120/hour after first hour Free estimates for larger projects with turn key pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For service calls, I will always try to troubleshoot over the phone first. If it is determined you require a service call. I can provide a ballpark estimate over the phone and schedule the service. All service calls are billed on a time and materials basis. For larger projects, a turn key estimate will be provided after a site visit to determine the scope of work and materials necessary to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed NC Electrical contractor with over 20 years experience in the construction industry.
