- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly packages, bundles and discounts for those who are frequent walkers every month. We also offer referral discounts to our clients for recommending us because that is the greatest compliment of all. Our 1st Meet and Greet is complimentary; any thereafter for any follow-up would be at a cost. Our base overnight, drop-in and walk rates all include up to 2 pets. Any pet beyond that will accrue an additional pet fee, per pet. Holiday and Weekend fees do apply based on the holiday and how a service is booked. We do require a 25% Non-Refundable Fee to book any overnight or boarding service. This fee does apply directly towards your invoice total. If you cancel however, this will not be refundable to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to know your dates of service, your physical address (if overnight care, walk/drop-in) and all the pet details! Pics are welcome! Then, we will get you setup on our Pet Portal for clients to use with ease for real-time updates, GPS tracking and more! Once we have a chance to chat, we will schedule a meet and greet so we can get to know each other, and your pet, better. Depending upon the services you booked, we can arrange meetings with your boarding sitter at their home. After that, we can officially book your service, collect your 25% fee and you will be all set for your Professional Pet care with All Paws!
