I believe in providing high-quality service at a competitive price. My pricing is based on the type and duration of your event, as well as any additional services you may need (such as lighting, sound equipment, or MC services). Here’s what you can expect: Customized Packages: I offer tailored packages to meet the specific needs of your event. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, I can create a package that fits your budget while delivering top-notch entertainment. Transparent Pricing: All prices are clearly communicated upfront, so you won’t encounter any hidden fees. Once we’ve discussed your event details, I’ll provide you with a straightforward quote. Deposit & Payment: To secure your booking, a deposit is required, with the balance due before or on the day of the event. This ensures your event is fully reserved and everything is set to go. Discounts: I occasionally offer discounts for early bookings, repeat customers, or certain types of events. Be sure to ask about any promotions that may apply to your event. Travel Fees: For events outside of my usual service area, a travel fee may apply to cover transportation and accommodation if necessary. I’ll always discuss these details upfront. Additional Costs: Any additional services like special lighting effects, extra hours of DJing, or custom music requests can be added to your package for an additional fee. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make your booking process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, ensuring you feel confident and excited about your event. Here’s what you can expect when you work with me: Initial Contact: Once you reach out, we’ll have a conversation (via phone, email, or in person) to discuss the details of your event. I’ll ask about your vision for the event, the type of crowd, any special music requests, and the overall atmosphere you want to create. Personalized Proposal: After understanding your needs, I’ll put together a customized DJ package with a clear quote, detailing my services, equipment, and any additional options (like lighting, sound systems, etc.) based on your preferences. Booking Confirmation: If everything looks good, we’ll move forward with a contract to confirm your booking. A deposit will be required to hold your date and make sure your spot is reserved. Planning & Music Selection: As we approach your event, I’ll reach out to go over final details. This includes reviewing the music you’d like to hear (specific songs, genres, or playlists) and confirming the event schedule. I’ll also discuss the timeline for the night, any announcements or special moments you’d like me to handle, and any other requests. Event Day: On the day of your event, I’ll arrive ahead of time to set up all the equipment and test everything to ensure a seamless experience. My goal is to be completely prepared so you and your guests can focus on having a great time. Performance & Event Coordination: During the event, I’ll focus on creating the perfect vibe and keeping the energy high. I’ll handle the music transitions, requests, and MCing if needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
