What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees include a lot of expenses other firms normally charge separately for. Therefore, in some cases my fees are lower than they may seem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a $150 consultation. Their monthly payment during representation or flat fee is based on their initial consultation with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed to practice law by the state of North Carolina. I earned a J.D. in Law from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and passed the North Carolina bar.
