Hi! I'm Sarah Walker. I have worked exclusively with small businesses on their back-end operations for 5 years. Wolf Consulting is for the small business owner who feels paralyzed by having so many decisions to make. I create and implement processes for your business so that it can begin to run without you. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A retainer is required to begin working with me. Each customer receives a custom proposal based on their needs. I do not have a standard pricing structure as each small business has various needs that require different timelines and commitment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a call so I can learn more about your business and how I can help. Then I create a custom proposal for how to move forward. I require a 60 day minimum engagement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from the University of Utah and have worked in operations + small business since 2017.
