- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really try to meet the needs of my customers and work within their budgets. I do offer value pricing for regular, reoccurring bookings as well as events under 25 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's all about providing the moment(s) they are looking for. I ask them to 'paint a picture' of how their ideal event would be. If there are some favorite artists or songs desired I do my very best to include in my performance.
