- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our aquarium specialist will begin by having a conversation with the customer to understand their unique requirements and resolve any concerns they may have. Next, we will visit the customer's premises to evaluate the installation of a new tank or examine the aquarium that requires servicing. After the consultation, we will furnish the customer with a detailed estimate for the services they require and clarify any doubts they may have. Once the estimate is accepted, we will proceed with the necessary services.
