- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will always vary depending on if you order the parts, the labor involved. If it’s installs it will depend on unit wanting to be installed along with complexity of the install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrived to the customers house I diagnose the unit and advise on what’s the best course of action. If the cost is too much for the customer I give suggestions on how to repair it themselves, offer a used unit I sell at a lower cost or advise them what’s the best deal for a brand new one if they feel their machine isn’t worth repairing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been tagging along with my dad since the age of 8. He started Aplliances repairs in Raleigh in the early 2000’s and I had the opportunity to keep the business going by myself after his passing.
