Dexter was super helpful in checking out issues with our washer and giving us information so we could make a decision about whether to repair or replace. He guaranteed his work and was responsive when we had a question following his visit, too. I’m hoping we never have an issue with the washer again 😂 but if we do need repair, we will definitely be in touch with Superior Repair, LLC!

I highly recommend Superior Repair. I contacted Dexter after 615pm to ask if he can service an 8 year old LG front loading washer, with a possible drain pump problem. Dexter said yes within minutes, and set an appointment for lunch time the next day. He was punctual, gave me a clear explanation of the problem, and an estimate of cost. And he finished the job quickly. Two thumbs up.
