I had an issue with critters getting into the attic through the Soffit that was easily ply open by the animals, after research through YouTube the solution is to install a plywood behind the soffit to make sure it holds the soffit in place. I contacted three vendors on Thumbtack and another guy who just finished doing a painting job for me. James quote was more reasonable and he show up and finish the job to secure the softfit. I have since recommended him for three other neighbors who have similar problems that they don't even realized until I showed them, James already fixed one of them. Good Job James !

We are really pleased with his overall performance. I reached out to him on the Sunday before Hurricane Debby was forecast to make landfall sometime that week. We were concerned because we had a few shingles missing and some that were loose. With all the forecasted rain, he still came the next day. So far so good!
