This company was very responsive, and there were no surprise fees. The gentleman showed up on time and was ready to work. After the walk through, he performed his duties and exceeded expectations. The carpets were cleaned to perfection and has a wonderful scent. I definitely recommend and will utilize this company again 👌.

I was completely impressed with Cierras Cleaning Company’s business approach. It appeared that Customer Satisfaction is a primary business motive and I was completely pleased with William’s work and the very competitive pricing. It has been many years since the carpets looked so new after William’s treatment. He was meticulous and thorough in his work. Cierra was a real pleasure to work with. We gave Cierra short notice on when we needed cleaning done but she made it happen and fit us into her busy schedule! She gave us a great deal on deep cleaning plus carpet cleaning, amazing job for what I paid!

I was out of town for ten days, and when I came back, I found out that my husband had invited all the neighbors over to our house. Was our house in any condition for this? Not particularly. Did I have any time to do any of the tidying and cleaning myself? Not particularly. Cierra’s Cleaning helped me out so much and did such a great job. The downstairs area was the messiest, and by the time they were done it was completely organized and tidy again. The house smelled freshly cleaned; the carpet had those nice “freshly vacuumed” lines; the bed was made; the bathrooms were cleaned. Everything was perfect! Next time my husband does this (and he will), I will definitely be using Cierra’s Cleaning again.
