- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive . My quality of work ranks high so the price may not always come in lower. You will be very satisfied with our professional services. We do offer discounts on some repeat services. Services that are not included in the estimates are decluttering, paint removal from flooring or wall tile. We are there to clean not to pick up or organize toys or hang clothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening and asking what their major concerns are. Great communication, professionalism & being courteous goes a long way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience. I also worked in my fathers janitorial business for over 10 years.
