Catered for a Christmas party for 75 guest. Set up using our chafing dishes, trays, and bowls. Guest raved about the food. Had folks come the next day with take out trays for leftovers. Will definitely hire again.

Chef Marciaaaaaa and Jamaica Coast Catering TRULY showed out for my best friends wedding yesterday 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I AM SO GLAD WE CHOSE HER!!! Every bite of food on our plates was extremely flavorful, thoroughly seasoned and expertly prepared. Chef Marcia was also very communicative, punctual and so kind and sweet. I literally can’t see us doing an event without her from here on out! Everyone was just heads in plates, digging in and complimenting how good everything was. Her and her team was on top of everything! My favorites were literally everything but that curry chicken, salmon, Mac & cheese, cabbage and rice & peas??? 🔥🔥🔥 You do not want to miss out. It wasn’t spicy, just packed with flavor. She also does American food if you don’t want Jamaican. She is truly a treasure and we thank Jamaica Coast Catering for making our vision a reality. Wedding Date April 15,2023. My husband and I used Jamaican Coast Catering for our wedding and we are beyond appreciative of the services offered. Ms. Marcia is so sweet and very professional. My guest genuinely enjoyed the food, 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. My guest consisted of Caribbean and Native NC, so the menu was palatable for all taste buds.! I had a short timeline, tight budget food budget for 75 people not wanting to exceed $5k. Thankfully, we were able to work out a reasonable menu that my guest and myself truly enjoyed. The jerk meatballs are top tier. I enjoyed my curried goat,sweet and lemonade was delectable. It great that the company has a food truck which is great flexibility because my wedding was in Charlotte and the company is located in Greensboro. Definitely expect use the company’s services in the future.

I hired Jamaica Coast for my wedding to cater a vegan meal and it was incredible! Everyone loved the food and were so satisfied! Marcia offered excellent food and service!

Marcia did a great job and provided a memorable dinner taste for our guests at my son’s wedding. Chicken was so yummy with rice and salad. The cake was so beautiful and delicious with the accompanying cup cakes. Service was timely and professional. She was very communicative and delivered exactly what we asked for. She even provided a hot&cold water dispenser in the last minute free of charge. Last but not least, it was very affordable and you can’t find any better deal with that price and quality. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a quote to a client, it's based on the fresheness and quality of the food. I also, spends quality time to create a personlized menu for each client based on their needs and services. All meals are made with fresh ingredients and the flavors are tied together nicely. I love what I do, so therefore it comes out in my meals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to and pay close attention to the Client's needs and making sure to fulfill them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being in the kitchen with my mom and learning how to cook at a tender age, which gives me the ability to cook my first 4 course meal at the age of 12 and my parents telling me how much they've enjoyed my cooking. From then I feel in love with cooking and been enjoying it ever since.
