Chef Marciaaaaaa and Jamaica Coast Catering TRULY showed out for my best friends wedding yesterday 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I AM SO GLAD WE CHOSE HER!!! Every bite of food on our plates was extremely flavorful, thoroughly seasoned and expertly prepared. Chef Marcia was also very communicative, punctual and so kind and sweet. I literally can’t see us doing an event without her from here on out! Everyone was just heads in plates, digging in and complimenting how good everything was. Her and her team was on top of everything! My favorites were literally everything but that curry chicken, salmon, Mac & cheese, cabbage and rice & peas??? 🔥🔥🔥 You do not want to miss out. It wasn’t spicy, just packed with flavor. She also does American food if you don’t want Jamaican. She is truly a treasure and we thank Jamaica Coast Catering for making our vision a reality. Catered for a Christmas party for 75 guest. Set up using our chafing dishes, trays, and bowls. Guest raved about the food. Had folks come the next day with take out trays for leftovers. Will definitely hire again.

Jamaica coast catering was so wonderful! She responded very quickly to all my of emails and silly questions, her food was absolutely incredible I have had many people tell me how amazing our wedding food was. She was very professional and on time she even brought the tasting to our House instead of us traveling somewhere to meet she came To Us. This by far was the best experience I’ve encountered with a caterer before we will definitely be using Jamaica coast catering again for all of our future events.

Marcia has blown me away with the quality of her food, her service, genuine desire to bring all of my dreams to life, and essentially walking hand-in-hand with me through every step of the process for catering my wedding. She has gone above and beyond my expectations, and immediately felt like a friend when we began messaging. Marcia takes away every concern for me, and has relieved so much stress for the big day by cooking delicious food, helping me decide on service style, and making it all fit my price range. She. Is. PHENOMENAL! ***Update: Marcia brought my biggest wedding dreams to life! She was able to bring black-tie service to a location that had extremely limited facilities, and she and her servers went above and beyond to make sure our evening went off without a hitch. The food was not only delicious, but was so beautifully presented (and we received compliments on her salmon for weeks!). She also created the most stunning fruit display (pictured) for our cocktail hour. From day 1, Marcia was consistently communicating with me concerning each and every moving part of our dining experience (food choice, taste testing - pictured, wait staff, plating options, silverware/napkin choices, etc). I couldn’t have asked for a better caterer for or wedding, and I’m so incredibly grateful to Marcia for setting the tone for our once in a lifetime event!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a quote to a client, it's based on the fresheness and quality of the food. I also, spends quality time to create a personlized menu for each client based on their needs and services. All meals are made with fresh ingredients and the flavors are tied together nicely. I love what I do, so therefore it comes out in my meals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to and pay close attention to the Client's needs and making sure to fulfill them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being in the kitchen with my mom and learning how to cook at a tender age, which gives me the ability to cook my first 4 course meal at the age of 12 and my parents telling me how much they've enjoyed my cooking. From then I feel in love with cooking and been enjoying it ever since.
