- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary from stump to stump however we do provide a multi-stump discount. Due to each stump being different we are unable to give you a quote for stump grinding service over the phone. We measure stumps at the widest point at ground level (not where it is cut) to calculate how much it cost to grind your stump. Stumps cut 6" or closer to the ground generally are done a cheaper rate. We charge a minimum of $75 for stump grinding service to cover the expense of bringing our equipment out. Please contact us today to request your free no-obligation written quote. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out exactly what the customer is wanting to have done. Then explain what we plan on doing if hired and provide a free quote. We answer any questions you may have.
