What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer Both Military/ Police (15%) and Senior citizens Discounts (15%). We also have Promotions going on at different Times of the Year! But we will Always meet or beat any price as long as the company is the Actual Carrier (not a Broker/No trucks/crews) and they have a B+ or better on the BBB.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers who call/reach out to us for moving are Immediately Assigned their own “Personal Moving Assistant” . They go with the customer when there looking to move for availability , how many Bedrooms in their Home, if there ready for delivery or need storage in between . Once we get all basic info we go over a detailed inventory of the furnishing’s to be picked up and moved as well if they would like us to Bring all materials (boxes/tape) to pack up or if they were going to pack their own boxes . Then we give pricing for the move (Binding Rates) Not just an Estimate which can be done (either over the phone Or Facetime) . Then the customer can secure with a100% refundable deposit their rates and tentative dates as once reserved we offer free date changes and 100% refunds if for any reason the customer cannot go through with the move with just 72 hour or more notice prior to the scheduled date.

We have over 30 years of Experience In Long distance moving ! All of our Movers are Full-time employed and have over 6+ yrs experience to be able to work at our company.
