FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Spreading the word of my work and craftsmanship to your friends and family, leading to new work and relations, will very likely involve discounting your next service. Thank you for new leads!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My service is to fulfill your needs with clear communications start to finish. Unless I am entrusted with the reigns of the job, I prefer to plan with the client their exact wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed several trade classes in high school to include HVAC, electricity, auto mechanics and electronics. My customer service and OJT training began immediately after high school. For approximately a year I worked for a local gas service business completing several new and existing home gas fired appliances; also for a framing company where I installed decks, windows and siding until I joined the United States Navy. I eventually purchased my own home and have continued to chip away at DIY renovations to include framing, flooring (tile and wood), plumbing and electrical renovations.
