What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer reaches out to set up a consultation, our sales manager will meet them so discuss the project. We will take measurements, discuss different glass options, and provide a quote. If the customer wishes to move forward, we will ask for a 50% deposit, order the supplies, and set up an installation appointment. After the installation is complete, we will accept the remainder of the invoice.
