- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront transparency and want to ensure that you have this information before making any decisions. **Please Note: Labor-Only jobs requiring emergency service, extended travel outside our local zone, many large pieces over 100 lbs, or additional services such as packing or wrapping, will be subject to an additional fee.** -We provide the convenience of Square payments as an option for our customers. However, please note that if you choose to pay with Square, a 4% fee will be applied to the total purchase amount.

Openly communicate your needs at the beginning of the move. This helps both the customer and movers to address any concerns and manage expectations beforehand. Transparency during the moving process is vital. Any unexpected factors, such as additional items or complex logistics, could impact the overall time, and thus impact the overall price.
