- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different so we like to put our eyes on the job so we can price it properly for the customer. Also to get an understanding of what the customer expects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I’ve introduced myself I like to get an idea of what the customer wants done. We provide either a free in person estimate or virtually if it is a smaller job. Once we understand what is to be done, we will send a detailed estimate that covers the work and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my skills in this industry have come from managing the previous painting company I was at. There I learned all my skills that have gotten me where I am today!
