We so appreciate the high quality of personal customer service that Carpin’s painting has! Nick was able to keep in touch on many details, get timely quotes and handle last minute changes by text or calls. He gave a realistic view of project timeline and answered any questions or concerns we had. This family owned business is able to be friendly and do amazing work at the same time. We want to use them again when we hire painting! Highly recommended, but do plan ahead to schedule, since they remain affordable and very highly sought after by this community. The painter with Carpin's Painting was very professional and came ready to do the work. He was very neat and took care not to get paint items that didn't need painting. He did a good job of cleaning up his work area once he was finished. His prices are very reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different so we like to put our eyes on the job so we can price it properly for the customer. Also to get an understanding of what the customer expects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I’ve introduced myself I like to get an idea of what the customer wants done. We provide either a free in person estimate or virtually if it is a smaller job. Once we understand what is to be done, we will send a detailed estimate that covers the work and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my skills in this industry have come from managing the previous painting company I was at. There I learned all my skills that have gotten me where I am today!
