FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer will receive a custom proposal for their project. Usually this is completed by the owner viewing and measuring the project. Our office staff is knowledgeable to answer any questions that may pop-up. After the proposal is accepted a team will arrive to wash the structure. Usually a day or 2 later we'll return to stain/seal. Most projects are completed in 2-3 days depending on the weather. Larger projects, special orders, board replacements, will take longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Chris Miller has been working in this field for over 10 years. He started this business and was out washing and staining himself from day 1. Building on Chris' experience we have created our own training program including training videos and hands on direction. The whole Cobra team reviews these methods regularly to maintain the high quality practices that we uphold for our customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Use the estimate process to understand if the provider will work with you to truly get the results that you desire. It can be important to be sure that the provider has been in business for more than a year or 2. A time tested professional will have solutions to any problems that arise in your home project.
