Arrived on time, seemed a little unsure of what to do with my issue. Used my equipment to do what needed done. Was very clean when going in and out of the house. I had asked for a quote to run some duct work to an area that was having an issue. After a week and a half he decides "I'm going to pass I don't really want to do it". Ummm no. His charge was quite high for an initial assessment compared to other more experienced companies. I will use someone with more experience and drive going forward.

We were able to take care of your original issue. It was asked to borrow your corded wet vac verse my battery wet vac. Did not know it bothered you- I am sorry. You did ask for a quote to run new duct work to vents. After thinking on, it wasn't a job I was interested in doing. I apologize, and agree maybe I need some more drive.
