- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss goals, set timelines and establish a plan to work together in the gym. Our first session we typically go over pre assessments and find a strength baseline and any limitations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in health promotion and fitness management. I also am an ISSA certified personal trainer, nutritionist, strength and conditioning coach and specialize in glute training and bodybuilding.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started taking care of my body, and seeing my own transformation. This motivated me to want to help others achieve their goals.
