- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. We also offer bulk discount, when your items take up an entire truckload you'll get a better deal. We have about 6 cubic yards of space on our normal truck, but we also have access to larger trucks if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with scheduling an onsite estimate, or scheduling the job after an online estimate. When we arrive we look at the items, give you a price, and come to an agreement. We then load up the items, and take payment afterwards.
