- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would give a 5% discount to monthly customers 10% to bi-weekly and 15% to weekly. I would give active and retired veterans that live in the home a 5% discount as well. My prices may not be the cheapest but I promise you I will not disappoint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walk through when I arrive to the job with the customer as well as after just to make sure everyone is happy and avoid any complaints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by 2 professionals one in residential and the other in the commercial. I also take classes when given the opportunity.
