- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look at the linear foot of gutters and downspouts. Important to know; there is not one gutter protection that resolves all issues. Big brands offers normally only one type of solution. We never sell a solution you don't need. That's how our company differentiates from other companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask customers about prior issues they've experienced to ensure these areas are taken care of. Then we schedule an installation day, order material and install the job. After the installation we'll have a walk through and explain the installation. When the customer accepts the job they provide the agreed payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner train the installers. He used to train for a nationwide company, and inspected a lot installations.
