- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are based on your unique vision. I work around my clients budget if they have one. Or walk them through the process to why this cost this much and what I can do to cut cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new client would be first, getting to know their vision. And determine if I would be a good fit for them. Getting to know them, and they getting to know me. Determining if they have a budget and if I’m capable of executing their vision within their budget. And then when all is said and done create a magnificent experience for the newly weds and guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience due to growing up in the floral industry. But I love to keep on learning. The trends keep changing and it just keeps getting better and better.
