FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price fairly for the job. I make sure the client doesn't overpay for services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for the initial consultation and I listen to the client's history and facts of what has happened. From those facts, I can decide what is the best approach for them. I want the client to be protected legally and get the best outcome I can for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Statistics Degree that come in handy when doing the math for splitting up financial assets and determining spousal support and child support. Of course I have my law degree and years of practicing law, including being in the courtroom a lot. I was first licensed to practice in California in 1991.
