I was looking for a quality roofer that could bring back to life a building on the property that was once used as an office and storage building for my fathers business before he died. The building had gone thru a period of some neglect and when a storm came thru and damaged the roof it got even worse. Expedited Roofing (Greg Hafford) won a competitive bid against several contractors. He was not the low bidder nor the highest bidder. However, I was impressed with his understanding of the problems with the building and his recommendations for repair to bring this building back to life. Greg installed a quality dimensional residential roofing shingle seem with warranty and a cold applied single ply system on the flat portion of the roof. Both were high quality installations from start to finish, taking only a few days for complete tear-off, rafter repair, new decking installation, debris removal & roofing installation. I highly recommend Greg Hafford for his professional installation and his quick reliable services.

On any given day Expedited will handle residential roof tear off, and roof installations. It could be a complex repair, or even removing leaves from a customer's gutters. We regularly restore ceilings that have been damaged by active leaks.
