If you are having electrical issues in your home we highly recommend AMG Electric, LLC. Following the power failure in Concord Sunday we were still without power, even though our neighbors were back online. It was going to be a very cold night, with overnight temperatures dropping to mid teens. We began trying to locate an electrician to help. After several attempts, we connected with someone who said he would call us right back………but he didn’t. We then located AMG on Thumbtack and sent a message explaining the failure, and Gil, the president and master electrician, said he would come as soon as possible. Keep in mind this is a Sunday afternoon, very cold, and in football season. Gil said he could not sit at home watching a ball game knowing my wife and I were facing a very cold night without heat! He asked for our address and said he would be here in 35 minutes and sure enough, at 6:30 in the evening he was here! It turned out to be a breaker issue, which Gil immediately resolved and had us back online in a very short time. So, neighbors, without any reservations and our highest endorsement, we suggest you consider his company for any electrical failures or issues you might have. It is rare, these days, to find this level of customer service, especially at odd hours and weekends/holidays. We are most appreciative of AMG’s caring and professional response.
