My dog had some aggresion that we couldn’t figured out the reason. Although he was a good dog, we realized we had no control over him in couple of months after He arrived. So he was jumping around and biting my family members especially my 6 years old with his sharp puppy teeth. My husband was very upset with us since the past bad experiences with pet dog, he never wanted Patches at first place anyway. We had to resolve the issue or Patches had to go. So we decided to send him to K9. But not many K9 trainers out there with handful experience other than commercial one with many mixed good/ bad reviews. So I find Henry on Thumbtack. There were enough good reviews to convince me. What I liked the most was Henry was training them in home environment with bunch of other dogs instead of replacing the dogs in kennels. It was also more economical. I contacted him and arrange a home visit by him. I was so surprise to see a young male at my door since I expected someone older. Later he told me he is 26 years old but 10+ years experience. After he explain the procedure, I was convinced that he could deliver what he was promising. I liked his technique and his explanation and appreciated his time taking to explain to me everything and answering my questions. My dog went for 3 weeks training and came with collar. When he came he was calmer and more responsive. He was fit, well trained and clean/ well groomed. Henry explained what to do now patiently introducing us with ecollar and scheduled follow up visit. The training included 3 follow up visits in our house. He is very sincere, knowledgeable, and honest person. I am so happy so far and I know I have to be consistent at home to contribute his training, Henry makes sure of that:) He is also so loyal to his puppies he trained. He even told me some stories about the puppies he trained that other trainers wouldn’t do. He is very personable. I really recommend Henry to anybody without reservation.

My dog was a tough case to take on but Henry didn’t back down from the challenge and instead, he dove headfirst into it. My dog is 6 years old and seemed to be very stuck in his ways, especially after experiencing a life changing move and being taken from his home where he had fellow dogs and cats. Henry has my dog doing things I never thought he could do! We’re very happy with the results and are prepared to continue practicing the new skills. We would definitely reach back out to Henry for help and recommend him to others!

We adopted a large rescue dog who was having a lot of leash reactivity. We chose the coaching sessions option and within just ONE hour Henry provided us with tools and techniques that have made a world of difference. Walks are so much more enjoyable for all of us. We completed our second session today, and have one more to go. Henry is an exceptional dog trainer, an encouraging but precise coach, and has an amazing passion and love for dogs! It's the best money we've ever spent on our dog, hands down. We constantly recommend him to everyone and will definitely use him in the future!

After ONE session, my aggressive pup has walked calmly on a leash as multiple dogs and people passed. We watched so many videos and nothing worked, but he is a miracle worker. I have already recommended him to several neighbors and I cannot wait for our next session! 5 stars isn’t enough. He definitely is worth it.
