- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m willing to work within a budget or agreed price, with the exception of rot work or water damage—which is time plus material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First fully discuss the job or issues with the home. What is the customers plan for the job? Make sure they are familiar with the process of the work and the cost. Keep the customer updated and make sure the job is completed fully to their specs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a decade plus of on the job experience from major structural water damage projects to stick framing additions as well as new homes.
