Scheduled to have stump ground over a week ahead of time. Appointment was 3pm on a Friday so that I could get home and pay them before they left.. I called the morning of appointment to let them know that I was home all day and that they could come anytime. I was told that they were not coming until next week. When I questioned why, I was told that he would see what he could do and would call me back. After waiting until 3:30 I called back and was told that they couldn't get to it until next week. That plans change. After another week I called back and they came out the next day. I was satisfied with the service.

I'm very happy with Union Tree Experts team, excellent and very affordable work. I texted them on weekend, on-site estimate was on Monday and tree was cut next day. They completed cutting a 40 ft willow oak tree in less than an hour, including stump grinding, cutting and grinding the whole tree into munch and into their container/crane truck, clean up and carry everything away on their trucks. They have 3 trucks with big machines on them which help doing things much faster. I would use their services again if needed. Awesome.

5+ StarsRecon provided great service for our yards tree and stump removal care. They were very professional, personable to our needs, provided recommendations for our future DIY landscaping project, and cleaned up after working in the yard. I also found their pricing the best after contacting 6 different companies in the greater Charlotte area too!
