- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Still thinking about this one. I am leaning toward hourly rate because of unforeseen issues or lack of details in customers requests. This usually works out to the customers advantage vs flat rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide quote with my phone number as to answer any questions. Usually I am available right away because I don't take too many jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate degree in electronics & computer engineering technology. 30+ years in hands on electrical type maintenance work mostly manufacturing. 8 years with Duke energy.
