Sergio and his helper arrived on time and after checking all of the areas, got to work. I had carpet, area rugs, and upholstered chairs cleaned. Everything looked great after they finished and smelled wonderful. He did tell me that he used only organic cleaning products. Sergio was professional, prompt, and did a good job. I will use YPE cleaning in the future .

They cleaned all of our upstairs carpets, which had numerous stains. A couple of stains showed backed up after the initial treatment, and they happily returned to re-treat them at no charge. They were very friendly and provided great customer service. We would definitely call them next time!
