My dishwasher would not go through a full cycle and within 15 hours of my putting in my service request, JAK responded this Sunday morning. Outside of their unheard $39 service call there was no additional cost for the diagnostic or up charge for weekend. Their ability to fix this quickly is why everyone should be using this company. They logically explained what caused the drain blockage and suggested I use a different kind of Dishwasher detergent which I will from now on. They also explained that if a part had been recommended, they would price it out with an estimated labor, and I would make a decision as to whether I wanted to move forward. You cannot ask for better service than that. I definitely will keep them in my contact list and any future appliance repair needs. I will be calling JAK. Rohm showed up on time and was very professional and very pleasant. I’ve not had this level of positive service repair calls in over 20 years.

JAK Appliance Repair technician Sam did an awesome job fixing by installing new suspension rods for Samsung washing machine. The technician verified the issue by diagnosing and confirmed the issue, broken suspension rods. JAK Appliance got the new parts in 2 days and the technician swiftly installed the suspension rods. Over and all really stratified with the work done and price paid. They made it economical.

Sam was awesome! He was professional and polite. He took the time to explain the repairs to me and answered all of my questions. JAK Appliance Repair immediately responded to our request for service for our oven on a Saturday evening. We were surprised that a service call was scheduled the very next morning, a diagnosis and estimate were offered, and a date and time set for the repair for the following day. The entire process—from the initial inquiry through the installation of the oven part—was excellent. We will use this company again should another appliance decide to take a break!
