- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $65 for a service call if we come out and no work is performed. This would be the case if we came out to diagnose something or if you choose to not proceed with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to us we will contact them back as soon as possible. We may ask additional questions about the job or provide pricing if we are able, based on the information provided. We will then provide our earliest availability for their location and scope of work. If the customer wants to proceed with the job we will get additional information from them in order to add them to our schedule. Typically, we reach out the day before and confirm the appointment. After the visit they can expect to receive an invoice to the email address provided and can always reach us if they have questions. Reviews are always appreciated!
