- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are generally 1/3-1/2 less than our competitors; the reason for this is we have very little overhead and pass the savings onto our customers! We do not believe in price gouging, a quality job at an affordable price keeps everyone happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call then an onsite visit gets the ball rolling. We never bring a contract with us; the initial free consultation is just that - a free consultation. Within a day or two you will receive a detailed quote and given plenty of time to review it and ask any questions/make changes. Once we are in agreement a contract is sent via docusign and you are put on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started doing tile in 1995, moved to general construction (renovations, additions, finished basements, decks, etc) From years of apprenticeship and hands on training we can handle most aspects of a full bathroom renovation!
