I had the pleasure and good luck to work with Sundance to wash my windows. It wasnt the easy job that we all thought it was but they stayed until it was perfect. Get on their schedule if you can. You wont regret it!

AMAZING! Michael and his son are AMAZING! Honest, friendly, kind people. They made me feel very comfortable in doing business and went above and beyond cleaning the whole house! Siding, windows, deck, screen porch, drive and walkway. It came out beautifully! I definitely recommend Sundance Power Washing and have saved them as my go to for all future cleaning! Sundance Power Washing did a great job of cleaning my driveway. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Their fee is based on the square footage of the area being cleaned and not on the amount of time at the job site.

It was great working with you. We appreciate the review. Yes, for the most part the industry charges per sq ft. There are times though, particularly with commercial bids or odd jobs such as washing furniture that a hourly rate is required. Thanks for your business Charles!
