- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly: $75/hour (for quick 3 hour projects) Packages: 1 session - $500 (6 hours) 2 sessions - $1,000 (12 hours) 3 sessions - $1,500 (18 hours) 4 sessions - $2,000 (24 hours) 8 sessions - $3,800 (48 hours) 12 sessions - $5,800 (72 hours) Maintenance - $300/month Consultation - $200/space *Each session is 6 hours and includes one organizer. $35/hour for additional organizer. * Prices do not include any materials or products the client may require for effective categorizing and aesthetic of the space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery Call 15-20 min | FREE During this call,. we’ll assess your needs and determine what services and package may best benefit you. You'll tell me about your concerns regarding your space and discuss your goals and vision for the space. If we believe it's a great fit, we'll move forward with scheduling the on-site consultation. On-Site Consultation 1 hr | FREE During this consultation, you’ll have more time to explain your living/working style and I can get a better idea of your needs. This visit will allow me to see the space(s) you want to address and to discuss a plan of decluttering/organizing tasks to provide peaceful spaces. The plan will include an estimate of how long the service will take and address how involved you want to be in the process. Once you’re comfortable with the plan, we will move forward with scheduling the first work day. Work Days (see package prices on website) On work days, I will come to the site and we will follow the organizing process. Based on your desire, I can work alone or we can work together. This process will include taking inventory of items in the space, sorting through and categorizing what will be kept and what will be removed, and assigning a home for each item kept. All decisions are ultimately up to you and nothing will be removed or discarded without your consent. The organizer works no more than 6 hours per session (excluding garage spaces). The client acknowledges that additional sessions may need to be purchased to complete projects based on the size of the space and amount of items. Follow-up Within two weeks following the completion of the service, I will follow-up either via phone or on-site (your choice) to check on the maintenance of the new organizational system implemented. During this follow up call/visit, we can discuss any additional needs, adjustments, or scheduling of future sessions/maintenance plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained an undergrad degree in psychology and a masters degree in marriage and family therapy. In my therapeutic work, I have worked with hoarders. Disorganization can easily make one prone to anxiety and depression. I enjoyed the experience so much that I began to pursue home organization. It is the experience of new found peace and joy that I love to see with my clients. An ordered space provides a great foundation for an ordered life.
