- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think of the service I provide as ‘it worth the prize.’ Most times those thoughts will be based on the reputation and experience that you observe. I solely base the pricing on my service in particular to my client’s happiness and being fair. There is a deposit requested at the time of booking to ensure BOTH parties are accountable for following through with service. Until that deposit is made your service is NOT confirmed. Day of appointments are the ONLY exceptions when the deposit is per discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself 24-48 hours prior to meeting the client. This give us a chance to briefly understand each other and discover if we are a good fit. Each project varies so the compatibility and ensuring we can accomplish those goals are necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had a niche for organizing my own home. I like to describe myself as a minimalist. Over the course of my life I have moved a lot and because of that I have always understood the need for organization. I studied communication back in college insuring my skill in client company relationship. For additional support in my field I study and take on courses for career development.
