I needed help cleaning my house urgently, as I had been in an accident and hurt my hand. My regular cleaning service could not accommodate the time frame. Souza Services reached out to me within 2 hours after submitting my project on Thumbtack. They were able to schedule my cleaning, within 2 days of my initial request. They gave me an hour window to arrive and arrived within that time frame. They communicated well and cleaned my house exceptionally well! My house smelt so good but looked even better! Gracielli and Cynthia were absolutely fantastic! If I could give 10 stars I would. My home feels and looks like a brand new house. They left it spotless. Both ladies were so hard working( my house was pretty dirty) and sweet as they could be. They even moved furniture and cleaned under rugs. I have never had anyone do as good a job as they did. I will start having them come monthly. So happy I found Gracielli!
