- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love our customers! We like to take the time to educate our customers on our products and services to help them make the proper decisions about their Fireplace and Chimney systems. Most of our standard appointment times are 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm. We always show up for appointments and will call the customer if we are running early or behind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have at least 10 years or more experience in our field. We are certified by the National Fireplace Institute (NFI)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with many property management companies, hundreds of Realtors for home closings, commercial and residential.
