- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary but we can discuss further over the phone. We are competitive and do offer discounts for certain things such as veterans, senior citizen, cash, etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to get to know the new customer. Get all there info system info email put in our system. We do everything via email so its paperless and easier to maintain records but once in the system its easy to pull up previous records like warranty info and repairs from past which helps with current situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I have 24 years in the field hands on experience plus universal EPA certification, 410-a certification, contractors license, my entire team also does constant continuing education classes to stay up to date on new technology.
