- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with your budget if one available. If not a range budget will be a great start. That helps me contact the right venues and all vendors needed by pricing and availability.. I’ll guide you every step of the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will gather all services needed, discuss budget send contract and deposit information. After signed contract and deposit has been fulfilled I plan/coordinate with our team of vendors, or your vendors, send you final quote/Design for you to approve and then plan accordingly. We prefer you let us hire our vendors, but if you already have your own vendors that’s fine too. I’ll have a step by step plan from beginning to end. Let me help you plan your event and take over the stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
COI, Planning certification and bachelor’s from UNCC also 25 years Working in corporate/government and volunteering in the community to be the one in charge of all events. Relay for life, breast cancer awareness, holiday events etc… things I know is BUSINESS, PEOPLE, AND “OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE”
