They came the same day, gave me a price and came back when the weather cleared up and took care of my mowing and trimming gave me a great price on adding mulch and made the place look beautiful

On Saturday July 21. Olvera sent through the app that they will take the job and cut my lawn. Olvera advised that they will arrive to my home at 4 pm. I left two messages after 4 pm when no one showed up. The last message was at 425 pm “Are you still coming”. No response from them but yet they took the reservation to come. Then I hear from them 2 days later requesting if I needed them to still cut my lawn. Of course I said “NO THANK YOU”. I did tell them they were unreliable and they have no customer service skills. I would not recommend them. They’re Very disappointing.
