- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge a service fee for coming out to look at the problem or to troubleshoot. This covers the first hour of my time and for making the trip to your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself from the beginning and then get to know a little about the customer before getting to business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Business. And 5 years experience doing irrigation service work.
