- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects our expertise and equipment: Wedding Package (4hr minimum)=$775 Additional options include: -Dance Floor Show=$125 -Fog machine=$120hr Corporate Events: 115hr Proms: $400 flat rate (includes lighting) Private Parties: $115 Note: these prices may fluctuate depending on the clients needs. Active Duty Military discounts are available. We must confirm your military status prior to signing our Terms of Agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) A phone conference is a must. Introductions are very important and we want to gain your trust. Then we'll set a 'consultation' over tea/coffee. It's our treat, by the way! 2) We'll take everything you asked for and prep for the big day! An audio file will be put together and we'll then share the list with you for confirmation. Attention to detail is the key. 3) Execute our game plan and blow you and your friends/family away with our performance!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained sound engineers. We are not some amateur that bought equipment and plays music. Tim is also a professional voice talent, trained in recording/editing/producing podcasts as well as voice overs. That's why Tru Masters uses an EQ board for maximum sound quality! You'll definitely hear the difference, from both MC and DJ!
